Mother, former Track and Field athlete, and Air Force Veteran, Chrystal Nicole embodies what it means to be optimistic despite adversity, relisilent, and driven. Following her tenure in the military, Chrystal Nicole found herself a little lost. For years her appreciation of her body suffered because she was unable to lose what she thought was stubborn belly fat that prompted family, friends, and even strangers to ask if she was pregnant. Turns out, she was one of many women who suffer from diastasis recti. Not only that, Chrystal found herself always busy juggling being a mother, student, employee, and entrepreneur. As a result, fitness and self care took a backseat in her life until one day she realized that she had to make a change. As she began to hold herself accountable and speak with other busy women about health and wellness, they all had one thing in common, health and wellness was no longer a priority in their life. Seeing how many people who struggle to  prioritize their wellness, Chrystal Nicole created an exclusive wellness community to help busy women eliminate excuses and prioritize nurturing themselves.
